Do I understand correct that I can order custom made shoes and clothes for my figure?

Yes, you are exactly correct. We work directly with aterliers and designers which makes it possible for us to take custom orders on almonst anything you see in Famous Fashion Boutique's site. This makes FFB. one of the top European fashion boutiques which reallty provide this service for their clients. Send us correct measurements and you will have your dream shoes, clothes or coat made just for you!

Please note that custom orders are not an object of our Return Poilcy and tehy cannot be returned.

How do I pay orders from FFB.?

You can pay with PayPal, credit / debit card or use the sensational transferwise.com site to pay us. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro.  All payments are processed through a secure checkout system

How long will it take for me to get my order after I place it here?

Ususally it will take about 3 weeks for your order to get to you, if your delivery address is in the EU. There might be a slight delay up to 1 more week due to reasons out of FFB.'s abilities to control. If there are circumstances, different than the usual delivery term, we will inform you with an email you have left for contact or SMS, if you would prefer. 

 

If you have made a custom order, the delivery can take 4 or 5 weeks.

How much will I pay for delivery and other taxes, if any?

Our clients from the EU only pay the total cost of the order plus shipping cost. The total on the order summary page will then show you a breakdown of the costs. For the time being there is a flat delivery € 19. Please note that for items and packages far heavier than the average (2 kg) shipping price may be different, for which we will inform you by email.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status

I want to send a present. Can I do that with your boutique online?

The best way so far to make a present with FFB. is to make a purchase and give the address for delivery of the person you want to make a present to. We are working on preparing VIP GIFT Voucehrs at the moment.
